The college has a capable, well-structured and high-quality team of teachers represented by doctors, professors and researchers in the fields of school psychological education, educational philosophy, curriculum teaching theory, public policy and higher education. The college undertakes various high-level research topics such as national and provincial education planning, philosophy and social science funds, and publishes papers in high-level academic journals such as Educational Research and Higher Education Research. The academic research foundation is solid and it has formed characteristics in many academic fields. In 2007, the college established a teaching and research cooperation project with the University of Charleston, Australia.
