In order to better promote the development of education in Huizhou, Huizhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government of Huanggang jointly planned and promoted the establishment of Huanggang Middle School Huizhou School by Huizhou Cai Ying Education Investment Co., Ltd. in September 2005.
