The training and study organized by the teaching and research staff of the county-level further education school of the Ministry of Education should give the teacher hours.

Training for new teachers: during the probation period, new teachers shall be trained to meet the needs of education and teaching, and the training time shall be no less than 120 class hours.

On-the-job training for teachers: the training set up to meet the post requirements, and the training time is not less than 240 hours every five years.
