Referring to Article 4 of the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operations Personnel, special operations personnel shall meet the following conditions:

(a) at least 65438 08 years of age, and not more than the national statutory retirement age;

With reference to Article 18 of the Management Regulations on Safety Technical Training and Assessment of Special Operations Personnel, the assessment and certification authority shall complete the examination and approval of the accepted application within 20 working days. According to Article 19 of the Management Regulations on Safety Technical Training and Assessment of Special Operators, the special operation certificate is valid for 6 years and is valid throughout the country.
