Carbon emission manager is a professional name, which refers to the personnel engaged in monitoring, statistical accounting, verification, trading and consulting of greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide in enterprises and institutions.
In May, 20021,the National Development and Reform Commission proposed to accelerate the construction of a comprehensive carbon and nitrogen policy system for peak carbon dioxide emissions and further promote the peak carbon dioxide emissions.
