Training subsidy policy
Legal analysis: (1) Training fee subsidy training institutions should fill in the application form for vocational skills training fee subsidy to the municipal or district human resources and social security department and apply for training subsidies more than 5 working days before the start of classes, in accordance with the application procedures for starting classes.

(II) Appraisal Fee Subsidies Vocational skill appraisal institutions shall fill in the Application Form for Appraisal Fee Subsidies and apply for appraisal fee subsidies to the municipal human resources and social security departments for more than 5 working days.

(three) enterprises applying for training allowance shall apply to the municipal human resources and social security department with the Application Form for Enterprise Training Allowance within one month after employees participate in the training.

(4) When an individual applies for training allowance, employees of an enterprise shall participate in vocational skill appraisal, and the individual shall submit an Application Form for Personal Training Allowance.

(five) college students, rural laborers and unemployed people who apply for living allowance shall submit an application form for living allowance when they participate in vocational skill appraisal.

Confirm whether you belong to the people who can enjoy training subsidies. The people who can enjoy training subsidies are divided into four categories: young and middle-aged employees in enterprises, students in vocational colleges, unemployed people and rural school-age laborers.

Fifteenth special funds for employment are used for subsidies in employment introduction, vocational training, public welfare posts, vocational skills appraisal, specific employment policies and social insurance.

Forty-ninth unemployed people who participate in employment training enjoy government training subsidies in accordance with relevant regulations.
