After a period of internship and professional knowledge and skills training, operational interns will become the backbone talents that play an important role in the future development of the company. Students majoring in operation (or operation) management will accept rotation and cross-functional work from multiple departments and participate in various projects and tasks. Through all-round training, I have gained rich and extensive experience and gradually mastered key management skills such as internal processes, strategic planning and resource allocation.
