(1) Open WPS and click "New Blank Presentation". First, open WPS, select New Presentation, and then click New Blank Presentation. Click New Slide to create a PPT homepage, and click "New Slide" at the top of the PPT page or "+"at the bottom to create other PPT pages.

(2) Select PPT and click Set Background Format. After creating the PPT page, select the first page and right-click to set the background format. Select a fill mode and color, then select a fill mode, such as gradient fill, on the right side of the page, click, and then select a color.

(3) Set the fill mode, and then set the gradient style, gradient angle, position, transparency, brightness, etc. Click Apply All, and then click Apply All below. Enter text and pictures, thus setting the background of all PPT pages. Enter text and pictures as needed. Click the display to watch PPT. After editing the content, click the slide show to watch the PPT effect.

A complete PPT file generally includes: title, animation, PPT cover, preface, table of contents, transition page, chart page, picture page, text page, back cover, ending animation, etc. The materials used are: words, pictures, charts, animations, sounds, movies, etc.
