Harbin Vocational and Technical College is a comprehensive full-time ordinary college founded by Harbin Municipal People's Government, approved by Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. It is one of the talent training bases determined by Harbin municipal government to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China. In 2006, it was confirmed by the Provincial Department of Education as the construction unit of provincial demonstration higher vocational colleges. 20 10 was approved by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance as the backbone of the "National Model Higher Vocational College Construction Plan".

Harbin Railway Vocational and Technical College

Harbin Quebin Railway Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as Harbin Railway Institute) was founded in 1959, formerly known as Harbin Railway Engineering School, and 1999 was rated as a national key technical secondary school. In 2002, it was upgraded to a higher vocational college, which is one of the five demonstration higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province. Harbin Railway Vocational and Technical College is affiliated to China Railway Engineering General Blind Reading Company, one of the world's top 500 enterprises and the largest construction enterprise in Asia. It is jointly established by Heilongjiang Provincial Education Department and China Railway Third Engineering Group.
