In terms of engineering technology, fresh graduates can participate in railway design and construction, such as railway standard design, survey and design, budget planning, material procurement and management. Participate in maintenance, such as safety equipment maintenance and track maintenance. Participate in construction management, such as design review and construction site management.

In terms of project management, fresh graduates can participate in site survey, planning and design, bidding, construction technology management, quality management, project financial management and contract management.

In administrative management, fresh graduates can participate in the promotion of company policies and regulations, organize personnel recruitment and training, manage company training records, participate in social insurance management, and organize safety education and inspection.
