Legal basis: Regulations on Staff Training in Enterprises

Article 12 An enterprise shall pay basic salary, bonus and related welfare to employees who have been approved to participate in off-the-job training for less than half a year (unless otherwise agreed by both parties).

Twenty-first enterprises shall, in accordance with the following provisions of the state, extract and use staff training funds:

(1) Staff training funds are calculated according to 65,438+0.5% of the total wages of employees, and the enterprise's own funds can be used for staff training appropriately;

(two) staff training funds should be based on the needs of enterprises, reasonable arrangements for the proportion of staff skills training;

(three) the technical training fees used by enterprises for introducing projects and technological transformation projects can be charged in the project;

(four) the funds used by trade unions for the amateur education of employees shall be used by trade unions at all levels;

(five) the enterprise staff training funds should be used reasonably, and the balance of the current year can be carried forward to the next year.
