Whoever, in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph, intentionally harms another person's body, but has not caused serious injury or death, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance. The second paragraph of this article is about the punishment of intentional injury to others, causing serious injury and death. Among them, other serious injuries that endanger human health mainly refer to life-threatening complications at the time of injury or those that can cause life-threatening complications in the process of injury, and other injuries that seriously affect human health, mainly including craniocerebral injury, neck injury, chest injury, abdominal injury, pelvic injury, spinal cord injury, and injuries caused by burn, scald, frostbite, electric injury, physical, chemical or biological injury factors. The particularly cruel means mentioned here refers to the act of intentionally causing serious disability to others and using particularly cruel means such as disfiguring, gouging out eyes and cutting off feet to hurt others. In accordance with the provisions of this paragraph, whoever intentionally harms another person's body and causes serious injury shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.

Article 234 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance. Whoever, in violation of state regulations, takes his corpse and organs against his will before his death, or takes his corpse and organs against his will before his death without the consent of his close relatives, shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 302 of this Law.
