Xx bank is a bank that people want to fight for. As an intern, I chose a loan. Perhaps it is easy for some people to borrow money. No need to go to the market every day, no need to bask in the sun, no need to be so bitter and tired. In fact, borrowing money is the same, and it takes a lot. The business volume of our bank is relatively large, which is an arduous task for me who is just familiar with loan lending. However, under the careful guidance of helpful predecessors and my strong self-motivation, I soon became familiar with the work of lending.
From the beginning, I learned the loan business knowledge from teachers and seniors, to being able to complete the loan work independently, and then to lead my colleagues to lend money. During this period, I experienced a lot and grew a lot. At the beginning, these lending businesses always puzzled me. I follow the school, send documents and run errands every day. Although this is the beginning, it always confuses people about the process and details of each business, such as mutual fund, mortgage, certificate of deposit pledge, joint guarantee, microfinance and so on. How to get familiar with these as soon as possible was the most difficult thing for me at that time.

At that time, for work, work often brought people not physical pressure, but psychological. Lending is not the same as running the market. In big banks, the workload is very heavy, and sometimes loans are made very late. When I returned to the branch, all the interns had already returned to school after work, and only I came back at this time. Good interpersonal relationship is one of the elements of smooth work. From the beginning, I worked in a strange loan center and evaluation center, and then I was able to live in harmony with everyone. Happy work was the most enjoyable thing. Although the people in the loan center and the evaluation center are still very strict, the harmonious relationship has increased communication between them and improved our work efficiency a lot. Every bank has a loan officer. We have not only formed a competitive working relationship, but also become indispensable friends in our daily work and life. Work is to help each other to solve every problem. In life, we are good friends, talking about life and the future. From now on, we will fight for the present.
As a loan specialist, my work scope is not limited to the loan delivery. All things that can be handled, such as submitting cashier information, receiving consumables, handing over documents and materials, are my work. Don't worry, I don't understand. A few days before my internship, I mainly studied the corresponding basic theoretical knowledge and various documents related to banks with the director. On the one hand, we should learn relevant practical operations, among which accounting accounts for the majority. We should not only strengthen existing knowledge, but also learn new knowledge. On the other hand, we need to learn the relevant documents issued by the People's Bank of China. Combined with China Bank Finance News, Financial Research and other magazines, we can understand the direction and trend of bank reform. The innovation and progress of banks are the basic conditions for competition with foreign banks. Therefore, banks should establish a sense of competition and service from top to bottom.
For the ATM competition held by branches in April, it is necessary to improve the service awareness of bank staff, strengthen the service concept, and satisfy customers with quality services. At the same time, through internship, we can learn about the bank's business. The business structure of BOC is diversified, including corporate business, personal business, fund business, online banking business and international business. Xx Branch is mainly divided into four sections, including corporate business, private business, other business and flat insurance business combined with Ping An Insurance Company. My internship is mainly personal business, including personal settlement, bank card business and personal financial products.
While learning all kinds of related bank knowledge, I also actively learn the basic operation of the bank from the comprehensive teller. Because the bank implements the teller system now, I don't have the opportunity to do real-time operation, so what I can do is to combine the skill operation during training with the operation of comprehensive teller, find out the difference between them, and record the transaction code and analysis code of different business types, as well as the types of special business. But I also learned a lot from studying nearby. When the bank puts forward the principle of changing from product innovation orientation to customer orientation, it is a challenge and test for sales staff.
A salesman requires not only skilled business operations, but also how to communicate with customers and how to serve them. Service is better than management, and a good manager is a good server. At first, for that kind of newspaper, the manager's life with a cup of tea was completely changed here. Newspapers are a means to understand customers and banks. Tea is for customers. Establish a learning organization and strive to be a learning employee. The diligent learning spirit of each employee promotes the extensive development of banking business. Through the contact with the salesman, I also learned about the operation process of the bank and the knowledge of xx business.
The teller responsibility system is implemented for xx business, that is, each teller can handle all xx businesses, that is, account opening, cash deposit and withdrawal, loss reporting, decoupling, large and small banknote exchange, acceptance of intermediary business, foreign exchange business, etc. For each business, I have learned the transaction code and operation flow of its ABIS system, and the business can be mainly divided into two categories: single-discount system and credit card word system. In addition, I also learned ABIS account rolling and intermediate business account rolling at the end of business, and learned how to print running water, account balance report, sales number table of important blank vouchers, detailed list of important blank vouchers, and check whether the summons number is accurate and the voucher elements are complete. And understand the significance of supervision and post supervision.
During most of my internship, I learned banking business from the chief teller, and also learned lobby marketing skills from the lobby manager to maintain the queue order in the lobby and answer customer inquiries. Pay special attention to etiquette when working in the lobby. Etiquette is a code of conduct and norm formed by people in communication activities. The lobby manager who deals with customers all day represents the image and reputation of the enterprise, so be cautious in everything.
The manager told me that to do a good job in lobby etiquette, we must do the following four things: capable, steady, confident and friendly. Business etiquette mainly includes four contents: (1) Answering customer questions. (2) Diversion of customers in business. (3) maintain order in the lobby. (4) Marketing suitable wealth management products. Among them, answering customers' questions requires the lobby manager to know every business of the bank and its operation process, so to be a good lobby manager, he must have rich knowledge. Because BOC has the function of foreign currency exchange, my main task as a lobby manager in BOC is to guide foreign customers to exchange foreign currency xx.
Harvest and experience of internship: Through this internship before graduation, I have a certain understanding of the basic business of xx Bank, and I can perform basic operations, and feel that I have gained a lot in other aspects. Because I have been living in a simple university campus, this graduation internship has undoubtedly become a platform for me to step into society and laid the foundation for my future step into society.
First of all, I think a big difference between schools and units is that they must have a strong sense of responsibility and a solid and serious work attitude after entering the society. In the work, we must have a strong sense of responsibility, be responsible for our own posts, and be responsible for our own business. For example, if a teller's remittance business has not been audited by other tellers, the remittance will not be sent, and the teller will be punished by risks. If the money is taken by mistake and cannot be recovered, the administrator should also be responsible for compensation. Therefore, we must be cautious when handling business related to bank cash.
Secondly, I think I should complete my role change as soon as possible. For us college students who are about to take up their jobs, how to complete the role change faster is a very important and urgent problem. After entering the society, the environment and living habits will change greatly. If you can't adapt as soon as possible, you will still regard yourself as a student, and you will be eliminated by the cruel society. Since entering the society, we should demand ourselves as employees of the company and strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations.
Third, I think everyone must stick to their professional ethics in their work and strive to improve their professional quality. It is said that to do a line, you must understand the rules of a line. For example, when reporting a loss, you need to personally hold your identity certificate. However, when the actual business happens, many people often take the household registration book because of the loss of their ID cards, or others report the loss to the lost person with their ID cards. Although they may know that they are themselves, these are not allowed. When the other party has questions, be sure to patiently explain why you are doing this. Now the bank is similar to the service industry, so the problem of staff's working attitude is particularly important, and some questions and inquiries from customers should be answered patiently. This made me realize that what we need in real work is our rigorous and meticulous work attitude and an open mind for advice.
Finally, there must be a clear career plan. Therefore, after work, we should seize the time to learn relevant banking knowledge and pass the bank financial planner exam as soon as possible. I believe that only in this way can I get better development in my job.
