What are the risks of keeping snakes?
In recent years, the phenomenon of "snake fever" has appeared all over the country, and a number of large snake owners have indeed appeared. However, many farmers and laid-off workers are eager to get rich, ignoring the specific conditions that they can't keep snakes, blindly believing in the various snake training courses launched by the so-called farmers (bases), and thinking that they can "create conditions" to introduce snakes all year round, regardless of north and south. Little did I know that a few people with ulterior motives were "frying snake seeds". They put up a signboard of free training in product recycling, held a snake training class in a rented house (building), and then sold snake seeds at a high price, promising to recycle live snakes and snake products in cash at any time. But after a while, people emptied the building, or refused it under various excuses, so as to defraud the snake owners of their hard-earned money.

There are still quite a few snake farmers who blindly buy snake seeds for breeding without mastering the breeding technology of snakes. Once they encounter diseases, they can't be treated in time. Finally, their snake species will die after illness and eventually be eliminated.

The second biggest problem facing the snake industry is that there is no market for snake venom. It has no market. At present, only Agkistrodon halys can be used in China pharmaceutical industry, and the rest can only be exported. However, in recent years, the price of snake venom fluctuates greatly in the international market, and the demand is very limited. In fact, it is difficult for anyone to grasp the market. If some units or snake farmers invest money to raise several or several kinds of poisonous snakes, they will gradually enter a breeding cycle, that is, raising poisonous snakes, collecting poison and suppressing goods, and there is no market. You can imagine the difficulty of turning over by snake venom in a short time. It is recommended that snake owners who want to keep poisonous snakes think twice before you jump into a difficult "strange circle".
