On XX, I was lucky enough to attend the training class for young cadres organized by the county, and I benefited a lot from the training in just three days. This training is an important measure to improve the coping level of young cadres under the new situation, and it is a concrete manifestation of continuing to study the teaching achievements of the Party's XX University, which has injected new impetus into comprehensively improving the quality of young cadres. Through this training, I have improved my policy level as a college student village official, strengthened my theoretical accomplishment, broadened my knowledge horizon, updated my development concept, gained a deeper understanding and all-round grasp of building a new socialist countryside, and gained a brand-new understanding of the work of college student village officials. And made clear the direction of further efforts in the future. Here are some experiences:
First, be good at learning and improve quality.
In this training, leaders and professors taught young cadres how to position themselves and how to grow up with profound theoretical foundation, profound practical knowledge and rich language control ability, which made us deeply feel the importance and urgency of learning, and felt that a cadre who did not like learning and could not learn could not adapt to the needs of work. The post-80s generation lives in an era full of challenges and opportunities. Many new things need us to learn, explore and practice. In the process of learning, we should be sincere, calm and persistent, constantly improve our knowledge level, update our knowledge structure, broaden our knowledge fields, constantly cultivate new ideas and master new skills.
Second, correct mentality and be proactive.
Grassroots work is often trivial, complicated and boring, but it is also a place to exercise people. As Minister Feng said, young people lack profound experience and feelings for the masses. Therefore, we must overcome the superiority of academic qualifications, treat, understand and grasp ourselves correctly, calm down, guard against arrogance and rashness, be down-to-earth, not be eager for quick success and instant benefit, not engage in formalism, and be pragmatic and willing to bear hardships. First of all, you should exercise your insight, master the methods and ways to analyze and solve problems, secondly, learn to investigate and study, and thirdly, learn to care for, understand and unite with others. Career is made, and talents are trained hard. As long as we keep a normal mind, be a low-key person, do things with high profile, treat enterprising with a peaceful mind and handle things with an open mind, I believe we will definitely enjoy the happiness brought by work.
Third, be strict with yourself and unite with the masses.
During the training, Fu, deputy secretary of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection, gave a lecture on "Be a good example for the people in a clean and honest way", asking us to establish a correct view of power, status and interests, always be self-disciplined, always put aside distractions, never say anything we shouldn't say, never do anything we shouldn't do, and stay away from bad atmosphere. The ancients said, "Public students are aboveboard." . Really be cautious, cautious, cautious, and cautious. We should stick to our political and moral beliefs and not do anything immoral. Indifferent to fame and fortune, willing to contribute. Consciously accept the supervision of party organizations, society and the masses. We should correctly grasp the anti-corruption situation, identify the ideological connotation of integrity and standardize our own behavior. Zeng Hui's lecture "Doing Mass Work and Building a Harmonious Society" made me deeply realize the importance of keeping close contact with the masses. As a university student village official, grassroots work is all about ordinary people. We can only strengthen communication with the masses, actively publicize various policies and measures to benefit the people, understand their thoughts and feelings, master first-hand information, gather the wisdom of the masses, unite the masses, take the people as teachers, take ourselves as children, learn from rural cadres with an open mind, learn from the masses, be strict with policies, respect reality and face and solve problems realistically. Fourth, be good at thinking and dare to innovate. Through this training, I also found many shortcomings: first, my knowledge is not wide and my vision is not wide. For some leaders, they have little or no knowledge of the lessons. Second, practical knowledge is weak. There is a problem that theoretical knowledge is divorced from practice. Third, creative thinking is not enough to break through the shackles of rules and regulations and analyze problems from multiple angles.
Fifth, the direction of the next step.

First, the significance of moral education
In the process of rural primary and secondary education in China, the tendency of "attaching importance to intellectual education and neglecting moral education" is obvious. Many people think that "moral education is dispensable, as long as you study hard, get good grades and get high marks in exams" and so on. In fact, moral education is an important part of our schools at all levels and the core of our education. Because only by cultivating students with good moral character can our education be considered successful. As the lecturers said, should we train top students who will kill their classmate Marek Jiajue after entering the university or ordinary students with moral character and knowledge of good and evil? I think the answer is beyond doubt. Because it is the fundamental purpose of our education to cultivate people who are law-abiding, polite, moral, knowledgeable and ideal. Through this training, I realized this. Moral education is the top priority of our primary and secondary schools.
