Safety training plans and assessment standards for the principal responsible persons and safety management personnel of production and business units other than coal mines, non-coal mines, dangerous chemicals and fireworks and firecrackers shall be formulated by the safety production supervision and management departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
