This time, I was lucky enough to participate in the special training course on improving humanistic quality held by Wuhan University in our district, and I benefited a lot from the wonderful explanations given by the lecturers. Participated in several days of training courses, and conducted a comprehensive "culture" edification and baptism for government managers. Although the training time is short, the arrangement is compact and the content is rich. Every lesson is a "masterpiece of thought" and a "essence of knowledge", and it has gained a lot. Looking back on the training courses these days, I was immersed in the wonderful explanations of the teachers, and my thoughts were strongly shocked. My ideas have been completely updated, and my knowledge has been enriched and improved. By summing up my study, I learned a lot. Let me talk about my learning experience:

First, the experience of team building and improving organizational execution. A collective development needs to build a good team. The quality of team building symbolizes the strength of a collective's follow-up development, and it is also the full embodiment of this collective cohesion and combat effectiveness. Team building should start from the management, closely unite and coordinate. Managers should always be with employees, support their work, care about their lives, infect every employee around them with their own actions and true feelings, communicate with employees at ordinary times, give them exemplary guidance, seize their bright spots, stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity, and more importantly, managers should settle down and integrate with employees, let employees participate in management and create for them.

Show your own platform, form an atmosphere of unity and cooperation, and let employees feel the warmth of family. In this family, there is no division of labor, sharing weal and woe. Personal business is a team business, and team business is everyone's business. Let employees love the enterprise as much as they love home. I believe there will be no team.

The development of a collective also needs the smooth implementation of government decrees, that is, the execution is not good, and the biggest problem comes from communication, that is to say, the executors begin to perform operations without knowing the whole story. This kind of error probability must be high. Sometimes, it's not because I don't want to understand, but because I haven't figured it out in the specific implementation environment. If each of our employees works in strict accordance with the requirements of the system and process, without shirking, procrastinating or slacking off, working hard, uniting and cooperating, carrying out every link of the work to the letter and completing every task, why can't such a collective grow and develop? In fact, in this process, the professional quality of each of us has also been greatly improved. As a member of the collective, we should establish a good working attitude and style, love and respect our jobs, master work skills, improve work efficiency, strengthen execution, and really make the greatest efforts for the development of the collective.

Second, about blogs and Weibo's experience.

Today's era is a period of rapid development of information technology, especially the popularity of blogs and Weibo. Any event can spread on the Internet in the first time. Last class, I became more aware of the importance of blogs and Weibo. Things that happen around us every day can be spread quickly, especially as government workers, and every work behavior may be spread maliciously by malicious people. Therefore, how to use blog and Weibo correctly is our best weapon to resist this kind of situation.

Three, about the mental health and debugging experience of leading cadres.

In today's society, all kinds of competition are very fierce, people's life rhythm is generally accelerated, and the pressure is increasing day by day, resulting in more psychological obstacles and mental diseases. Party and government cadres are ordinary people in their lives, and they will inevitably encounter psychological problems. In the past, our education of cadres was often more political and ideological, and less attention was paid to psychological education and guidance. Therefore, the setting of this course is very good, paying attention to the mental health of each of our leading cadres and the adjustment of their mentality in work and life. For our students, this is very beneficial and warm at the same time. Analyzing the cases of some cadres violating the law and discipline at present, we will find that these people's lives are "declining" because of political factors, such as lack of ideals, vacillation of beliefs, distorted values and outlook on life. At the same time, there are also psychological aspects. Because of psychological distortion, we have embarked on the road of no return. Therefore, for leading cadres. Besides ideological and political education, mental health education should also be carried out. Only by letting leading cadres have a correct attitude can they better serve the people and make profits for the people.

Four. Experience in emergency and crisis management of group emergencies. The so-called group emergency refers to the contradiction between some people.

Various events in which a specific group or an unspecified majority gather on a large scale to express their demands and opinions without legal basis, or vent their dissatisfaction and create influence, which has a negative impact on social order and stability. The main body of group emergencies is mostly a large number of groups with the same interests, with various forms of expression, contingency and unpredictability. Group emergencies are often caused by the infringement of many people's rights and interests and nowhere to complain, express and maintain, or by disputes between groups or by social distribution, unfair policies and long-term accumulated resentment and dissatisfaction with society.

Sudden public events and disasters often bring losses and harm to people's lives and property, and will bring heavy psychological blows to the broad masses of the people, thus endangering normal economic and social life. How to effectively deal with public emergencies and disasters is one of the important signs of a good government management system.

Therefore, I think whether an effective emergency plan can be launched, whether the truth can be announced in time, and whether people's doubts can be dispelled are the keys to dealing with similar mass incidents, especially in today's highly diversified and developing society. If we don't respect people's right to know, or even use police force to force people to accept the results, it will undoubtedly only intensify contradictions. Many ordinary people in China sometimes go overboard, but his demands are generally not excessive. If you are antagonistic only because of his excessive behavior, as a government and law enforcement department, it will intensify contradictions, but if you comply with its relatively reasonable requirements to resolve and solve them, it may even become unknown.

Five, about the experience of administration according to law.

The people are the masters of the country, the fundamental force that determines our future and destiny, and the true creators of history. Our party comes from, is rooted in and serves the people. The general task and responsibility of the Party is to strive for the fundamental interests of the people. Similarly, our law enforcement power comes from and is rooted in the people, and we must also serve the people. We should firmly establish the idea of serving the people of the whole region wholeheartedly, take the people of the whole region in mind, think of the people of the whole region in everything, rely on the people of the whole region in our work, and always put the interests of the people of the whole region first in law enforcement. Only by establishing the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly can we achieve law enforcement and administration according to law.

We should conscientiously study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, and take Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents as the guiding ideology for law enforcement. As a law enforcement officer, learning is both an obligation and a right. We should arm ourselves with scientific theories, improve our theoretical literacy, and improve our ability to distinguish right from wrong, analyze and solve problems.
