Huai 'an people's society, commerce, education and other departments work closely together to cultivate Huai 'an Hantang training base and other provincial-level entrepreneurial demonstration bases, which provide a carrier and talent support for promoting the development of e-commerce in the city, especially in cross-border electronic commerce.

Huai 'an Software Park Cross-border E-commerce Industry Demonstration Base and Hantang Cross-border E-commerce Entrepreneurship Incubation Base were unveiled, and the first phase of Shopee Entrepreneurship Incubation Training in the city started simultaneously, attracting more than 60 employees from traditional e-commerce enterprises and foreign trade enterprises in our city to participate in the study.
