In the first half of the year, only candidates taking make-up exams and full-time normal students studying in Jiangsu Province were admitted. Make-up candidates refer to candidates who have at least one qualified written test score and are within the validity period. Full-time normal students studying in Jiangsu province include full-time normal students in the third grade and above in colleges and universities, full-time master of education and full-time normal students in the fourth grade and above in five-year normal universities.

Candidates should have academic qualifications that meet the requirements of the Teachers Law:

(1) Those who apply for the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers should have a college degree or above. Among them, those with secondary normal school education can apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, and those with secondary normal school education can apply for primary school teacher qualification;

(2) To apply for the qualification of a senior middle school teacher, one should have a bachelor's degree or above in a normal college or other university;

(three) to apply for the qualification of teachers of cultural courses and professional courses in secondary vocational schools, they shall have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities;

(four) to apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, they should have graduated from ordinary secondary vocational schools or above, and have professional and technical positions above assistant engineer or technical level of intermediate workers or above.

Full-time third-year and above students in ordinary colleges and universities and full-time fourth-year and above students in five-year higher vocational colleges can apply for the exam.
