I worked in villages and towns for some time. Let me talk about my humble opinion, as follows:
First, use meetings instead of training. It is to convene village cadres regularly or irregularly to discuss the policy of benefiting farmers by means of discussion.
Second, by reporting. It is to send some documents of benefiting farmers from superiors to village cadres, and then ask them to write summaries or feelings.
Third, learn to visit. We can organize village cadres to visit and study in some villages in this county or outside the county or in this township where agricultural work is well done, and at the same time instill some policies to benefit farmers and the spirit of superiors in them, and hand in their learning experience.
Fourth, take the form of distributing publicity materials. Policy materials such as benefiting farmers can be sorted out and printed into books and sent to village cadres for study.
Fifth, try to replace training. It is to make the relevant propaganda policies into topics, invite village cadres to do the topics in the form of policy knowledge contests, and give winners some cups and other rewards, which can stimulate their enthusiasm and habits of learning and caring about policies.
Let's just make a few lists. . . . . As long as you think about it, there is still a way.
