3. Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the circumstances listed in the first paragraph of Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for positions of employers with husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws as leading members.

(7) Qualification examination

Those who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place or fail to pass the qualification review cannot participate in the interview (physical fitness assessment) and the relevant positions will not be filled.

(8) Physical assessment

Those who apply for comprehensive law enforcement posts and administrative law enforcement posts of the people's police shall be assessed according to the post requirements. Among them, the people's police post requires 10 m× 4 to run back and forth, jump vertically and touch the height, and men's 1000 m running (women's 800 m running) all meet the standard. The items and standards of physical fitness evaluation of comprehensive law enforcement posts in administrative law enforcement posts are implemented with reference to the posts of the people's police.

Physical fitness assessment shall be carried out by the competent department of civil servants in conjunction with the recruitment agency.

(9) Interview

The interview is organized and implemented by the competent department of civil servants. If the finalists give up the interview qualification, the relevant positions will not be filled. Interview score 100, qualified score 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the medical examination and investigation.

The investigation of outstanding village cadres who apply for civil servants in township organs shall be carried out with reference to the Measures for the Investigation of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) (Zhong Zufa [2021]1No.), and when necessary, democratic evaluation, inspection notice and economic responsibility audit can be adopted.

The inspection period is generally not more than 60 days, counting from the date of publication of the list of inspection objects. The conclusion of the investigation is divided into "qualified" or "unsuitable for employment as a civil servant". After the shortlist is publicized and before the recruitment and registration procedures are handled, the relevant personnel give up their qualifications and record them in the integrity file of the civil service examination in Zhejiang Province.

Before the implementation of physical examination and inspection, if there are new regulations in the country or Zhejiang Province, the new regulations shall be implemented in principle.

The results of the investigation are only used as the basis for whether to recruit this time.

(12) Publicity and Employment

According to the examination results, physical examination results and investigation, the recruitment agency determines the list of candidates to be hired and publicizes it on the Zhejiang Civil Service Examination Recruitment Network for 5 working days. Fourth, matters needing attention

(1) The examination of assistant judges and procurators shall be conducted in accordance with the Implementation Opinions on Recruiting Assistant Judges of People's Courts and Assistant Prosecutors of People's Procuratorates (Zhejiang Group [2016] No.33) issued by the Organization Department of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, Zhejiang Higher People's Court and Zhejiang People's Procuratorate.
