1. Shihezi University is located in Shihezi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It was jointly built by the Ministry of Education and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. It is a national "double first-class" construction university, a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university, a national "comprehensive strength improvement project for central and western universities" and a national "basic capacity building project for central and western universities".

Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational and Technical College is a public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and put on record by the Ministry of Education in 2004. It belongs to Shihezi City, the eighth division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. It is a multi-level, multi-disciplinary and multi-form comprehensive vocational college with the functions of joint education, higher vocational education, secondary vocational education, five-year system, mechanics, adult education (including undergraduate) and training.

Shihezi Engineering Vocational and Technical College is located in Hezi City, Tianshi, Xinjiang, and was founded in 1976. It is a full-time vocational college integrating higher vocational education, secondary vocational education and vocational skills training, and is directly under the management of the Education Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
