I. Training Purpose of 20 12
? 20 1 1 year comprehensive quality and safety accident data of workshop components in Jinmao company. It reflects the urgent need for workshop staff to improve quality and safety awareness and technical skills. In the coming year, with the rapid development of the company, the engineering tasks will be further increased, and the requirements for engineering quality, construction technology and construction management will be continuously improved. Due to the high mobility of employees, we will intensify the training of employees in Jinmao workshop, constantly explore the most effective ways, strive to improve the technical level of employees and contribute to the rapid development of the company.
Second, 20 12 training focus
1. Improve the assembly quality, drawing reading skills, working attitude and technical quality standards of the assembly team and sub-component team.
2. Improve the quality awareness, welding operation skills and welding theory knowledge of the welding team and door welding team.
3. Improve painting operation skills and theoretical knowledge. (and taught by professionals)
4. Organize safety awareness training for all employees in the production system.
5. Conduct safety education and pre-job training for new employees.
6. Conduct pre-construction training according to different drawing production methods.
Third, the training schedule.
Arrange the production system according to the company's work plan. Combined with the specific working conditions of each team in the workshop, the specific arrangements are as follows (see attached table)
Conduct safety and quality training for all employees in the production system at the beginning of each quarter.
Conduct a detailed analysis of workshop quality and safety once a month, and conduct separate training for the team.
In case of special projects, the Technology Department will provide special training, and the Manufacturing Department and the Quality and Safety Department will cooperate.
