What is a good physical education class? I remember in a teacher training, the researcher said that as long as students give full play to their initiative in a limited time, it is a good lesson to devote themselves wholeheartedly. I don't think it's necessary for physical education class to queue up neatly for jogging. Students' interests and ideas should be considered, and students should not feel that going to the playground is like going to the execution ground. It is pointed out that some PE teachers still focus on competitive events and take strengthening physical fitness as their teaching goal.
Quality education and modern ideas require us to teach students to "learn to learn" and "learn to keep fit", and attach importance to cultivating the ability to engage in scientific exercise independently. As a grass-roots physical education teacher, there is always a feeling of confusion. I always feel that there are too many pure theoretical things in physical education curriculum reform and too few practical things. Do we really want to cultivate students' interest in sports every day instead of sports training and competitions? There is always a certain distance between theory and practice. There are more than 60 students in almost every class in our school, and everyone has different physical qualities and interests. And there are many kinds of sports, some like playing basketball, others like playing football, running, throwing and so on. If all students follow their own interests, let them learn while playing. In the eyes of students, they may think that this is an activity class, while in the eyes of other teachers, this is a "grazing class". In fact, "herding sheep" is a particularly difficult course. The so-called "herding sheep" should have enough "grass" for the "sheep" to eat and a safe place for the "sheep" to eat. I dare not attend class like this. First, it seems that people are doing nothing, allowing students to play around and patrol themselves on the playground. Secondly, the school environment does not allow it. In physical education class, there are three or four classes on the playground, and there are often six or seven classes on the ground. Running here hits people, pitching there hits people, not to mention other events. Shouting for years of quality education, happy sports, or spinning on the traditional teaching methods, gathering in four rows, jogging, explaining and demonstrating, and so on.

Reflection on the second class of primary school physical education
First, use games to cultivate a healthy mentality.
Game competition occupies a considerable proportion in primary school physical education textbooks. Through game teaching, we can cultivate students' innovative spirit, competitive consciousness, unity and cooperation, love the collective and abide by the law. And these excellent qualities are the concentrated expression of a person's healthy mentality. Games are deeply loved by students and provide a good opportunity for teachers to carry out mental health education. For example, in a game competition, some students with strong personalities argue with each other because they don't admit defeat, and even fight with each other. A group of students who lose blame each other, which leads to stage fright and withdrawal from the competition. This not only affects the normal game teaching, but also hurts the harmony among students. At this time, I seize this opportunity to teach students patiently, especially those who tend to let them understand the meaning of the game, treat the success or failure of the game correctly, and criticize the bad tendency that hinders unity. At the same time, we should analyze the reasons for failure with students and find out the favorable factors for winning. For another example, our school held a football match, and we are going to play it just because we are fighting for a ball. I immediately told them: friendship first, games second; Otherwise, please leave and have a rest first. Finally, students can turn "depression" into "excitement" and meet new challenges with a positive attitude.
Second, cultivate the ability to accept unexpected facts.
No one can do anything smoothly, and everything goes smoothly. Similarly, students will inevitably encounter setbacks in physical education class. For example, in an inter-school tug-of-war, I found a foreign teacher's class taking part in a class competition, so I yelled at him loudly, which diverted the attention of the whole class and led to failure. This kind of failure caused by factors other than the resolution makes it difficult for students to accept and feel bad. For this kind of accident, I take the initiative to tell students the truth, explain the truth clearly, fully affirm their strength, protect their self-esteem and provide an opportunity to play again. At the same time, we can also educate students through the typical things that China athletes have a bad start in the world series, so that students can understand that there may be some accidents in any competition, including unfair referee, and cultivate students' ability to accept unexpected facts, thus enhancing students' ability to resist setbacks and self-regulate.

For example, in sports group activities, it is often found that individual students are unwilling to participate in activities, just sitting on the sidelines watching or walking around asking why. Fourthly, adopt the teaching method of "exercise prescription"
In teaching, in order to cultivate students' ability of self-organization and self-management, carry out teaching purposefully, organized and planned, and meet the interests and needs of all students, sometimes I will design the teaching content scientifically and rigorously into a variety of exercise prescriptions for students to choose their favorite exercise prescriptions, and then freely combine them into groups according to their choices. Each group chooses a group leader, and the group leader leads the students to complete the teaching content. When completing the exercise prescription, each group chooses its own organization method and learning method according to its own situation. Innovative spirit and practical ability are important indicators to measure students' mental health. Therefore, physical education teachers should cultivate students' active thinking, rich imagination and practical ability to use knowledge through various means in teaching. Therefore, at the beginning of school, I made a detailed sports work plan according to the actual situation of our school, and made a reasonable division of the training of sports groups. In the management of athletes, we should not only embody the word "strictness", but also have love. At the beginning of the semester, according to the actual situation of each team, I formulated a set of assessment and reward system for each team, which comprehensively assessed the attendance, training and competition of athletes, summarized and evaluated them every Monday, and distributed subsidies, which comprehensively improved the training efficiency. Usually, I can help sports teams communicate and talk, care about their study and life, and never miss any educational opportunity. This semester, through various efforts, the school's physical education has achieved certain results.
