Examination time and subject introduction

The professional qualification examination for registered urban and rural planners consists of four subjects: urban and rural planning principles, urban and rural planning management and regulations, urban and rural planning related knowledge and urban and rural planning practice. The examination time of Urban and Rural Planning Practice is 3 hours, and the examination time of other subjects is 2.5 hours.
Registration method
Registered urban planners implement online registration, on-site qualification examination, on-site or online payment. Those who meet the registration conditions need to fill in and submit the registration information on the designated website within the specified time, upload photos, conduct qualification examination according to the relevant regulations, and pay the examination fee within the specified time after confirming that they meet the registration conditions (see the relevant documents of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) for registration arrangements).
Achievement and certificate management
The examination results shall be managed in a rolling way, with a period of four years.
