Encourage teachers to participate in continuing education.

1. During the second week of school, let each teacher talk about his own views and opinions on "how to fully implement quality education around new textbooks" and learn from each other's educational ideas.

2. From the third week to the fifth week, conduct a comprehensive and detailed study on the new teaching materials of each class, discuss and exchange the unfamiliar places, and organize all teachers to discuss the next teaching and research activities in our garden in the form of "symposium".
