In this training, Lin Yingjie, a second-level researcher from the Life Service Department of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Zhang Ying, a fourth-level researcher from the Food and Beverage Department of Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration, Ma Xiaochen, deputy director of the Center for Nutrition and Food Hygiene of Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and Zhang Tieyan, a Beijing food safety expert, were invited to share the detailed rules of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law, the management of the expiration date of food and ingredients, and to participate in the sharing of self-examination and self-correction cases within enterprises.
