1, responsible for answering the hotline domestic and international air ticket booking business, keeping the phone open, standardized service terms, sweet voice and moderate speech speed;
2. Be familiar with the business knowledge and operation process of this position, and independently handle domestic and international one-way, transfer and round-trip booking business; Provide customers with professional, enthusiastic, thoughtful and appropriate quality services to ensure that customers enjoy timely and accurate services;
3. Be able to accurately book orders for customers and give accurate and professional answers to domestic and international air ticket booking and other related businesses consulted by customers;
4. Check, update and improve customer information in time to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer information.
