The second depends on whether there is business. If you are only responsible for cutting the dog's hair short with a pair of scissors, this skill can be learned in a week, which is not a skill. If you are talking about styling pets, you should investigate the demand in advance, where there are more dogs in the community, whether the owner has money and whether he is willing to spend money on dogs. If there is a similar store, is the market saturated, is there a lot of business, is it not enough to pay rent, and so on.

Personal opinion: If you must do this, it's best to have other businesses in the store, such as bathing dogs to repel insects and selling other pet products.
