Third, smt patch quality supervision:

The first piece of smt paste should be confirmed by quality inspection, and mass production can only be carried out after the board surface is confirmed to be free of defects such as parts, wrong parts and deviations. When the first piece is found to be wrong, the machine should be adjusted in time and the wrong piece should be corrected manually. Then adjust the position of smt mounter components to the best copy state.

Four. Precautions for patch:

1, when an alarm occurs in the process of pasting, the operator should check the fault in time and solve it in time.

2. When replacing materials, be careful not to install the wrong materials.

3. After 3.smt mounting is completed, exit the program and close the mounter. Feida, which needs to be removed, is put on the special shelf of Feida. Finally, do a good job of cleaning.
