Not less than thirty days. The military training time of civilian personnel shall not be less than thirty days. The army organizes civilian personnel to carry out basic military training every year. Newly recruited civilian personnel must first receive 1 month pre-job training, mainly to educate the nature and purpose of our army, fine traditions and fundamental functions, as well as to learn relevant military regulations and policies for civilian personnel and participate in necessary military training.
