1. Essentials of practicing Qi-activating method Li Shaobo was instructed by Li Changjuan, Institute of Qi-activating, Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (from Qigong No.6, 9 1).
In recent years, on the basis of the formula of "regulating, condensing and inspecting" put forward by Professor Li Shaobo, we have discussed and studied the guiding methods of five-step exercises of Qi-moving machine. After three years of clinical verification, more than 80% of the practitioners can pass the Du meridian in about 20 days and enter the advanced "illusory state" of Qi movement in about 40 days (note: I think it is too exaggerated to say that 40 days can enter the illusory state. The key is:
First, Taoism is natural.
The so-called "Tao is natural" in Tao Te Ching is a law that all health preservation methods must conform to. To practice the Qi-transport method, we must first conform to the law of Qi-transport and practice according to the situation. The law of qi movement in the primary stage of practicing is that in the quiet and nihilistic state of qigong, qi is generated and gathered in Dantian, running along the twelve veins of Ren Du, self-generating and regulating the body. According to the movement form of qi, it can be divided into static and dynamic. The convergence of qi in dantian is relatively static, and the movement of qi along the twelve veins of Ren Du is relatively dynamic. The transformation between static and dynamic qi follows the natural law that the static is extremely vivid and the dynamic is extremely static. Secondly, due to individual differences such as personality, gender, age and illness, there will be different reactions when practicing. Therefore, the instructor should not only conform to the general law of Qi movement, but also conform to the specific situation of each practitioner, so as to make the best use of the situation.
Second, keep the machine.
Keeping watch is to grasp the opportunity of dynamic and static transformation of Qi-moving operation and practice. The ancients said, "poison is easy to know, but heat is hard to disperse." Director Li Shaobo's "observing the machine" reveals the mystery of Qigong. The Book of Changes says: When the time stops, it will stop, when it goes, it will go, and when it doesn't move, it means that with the movement of things, it will guide them to move or stay still according to the situation. The movement (guidance) and quietness (meaning) of the yogi's mind should not go against the opportunity of the transformation of the movement and quietness of Qi. The key to practicing five-step kungfu is to conform to the movement law of Qi and grasp the timing of the transformation between each step.
Third, grasp the essentials.
The operation method of qi was founded by director Li Shaobo according to the theory of "calm nothingness, qi following" in Neijing. Therefore, the essence of Qi-moving method is to overcome distractions and get peace from beginning to end. A lot of practice has proved that whoever practices well in getting quiet will improve his skills quickly. So no matter where you practice, you must work hard silently. Here is a brief introduction to the specific essentials of the first four steps of qi circulation.
(1) Exhale and pay attention to the heart socket. On the premise of breathing naturally, pay attention to the heart socket when exhaling. Breathe naturally, and don't prolong the exhalation excessively, so as not to cause chest tightness and discomfort. The cardiac fossa is the area below xiphoid process and above umbilicus. You don't have to insist, and you don't have to care about the surface or deep layer of the skin. As long as your mind can focus on this aspect, you can be flexible. This should be guided by nature according to everyone's different practical experience. The key is "quietness". Give up all previous efforts and practice pharynx and body fluid. There are heavy, warm, shivering, pain and other reactions in the heart socket during training, which disappear or relieve after training. Everyone feels different, so don't pursue a certain feeling. Let nature take its course and deepen silence, so as to conform to the self-discipline law of Qi. All kinds of feelings in the heart have a certain degree, and there is a natural tendency to move down to the abdomen during the practice, which indicates that the first work is completed and the time is ripe to practice the second work. Because everyone's physique and quiet degree are different, the time to complete the first step is also different, and the sign of the completion of the first step should prevail.
(2) Intention follows the direction of abdomen. When the first step of training is to move the abdomen down naturally, with the natural movement trend, push the qi down the abdomen with your mind when exhaling. At this time, it is necessary to practice the ape skill of "Qi Operation Method ~ Five Birds Play Guide" (see the book Updating Qi Operation Method for details). Due to different specific circumstances, the reaction is also different. Common reactions include bowel sounds, increased saliva and touching meridians. When the abdomen has a clear sense of qi, it marks the completion of the second step and the time is ripe to practice the third step. Take the sign that the second step is completed as the standard.
(3) Pay attention to the abdomen by adjusting breathing. When you have a clear sense of breath in the lower abdomen in the second step, you will no longer pay attention to exhaling, just breathe naturally, and only put your thoughts on the lower abdomen. The dynamic matching at this time is the same as the second step. In the process of practicing the third step, the vital qi between kidney and the twelve meridians is strengthened. In addition to the obvious vital qi in the lower abdomen, there are more and more vital qi in the whole body, which is the reaction of regulating the meridians. We should let nature take its course and deepen the degree of peace, and we should not interfere with peace because of the revival of vitality. When the third step is practiced to a certain extent, the perineum beats and the tail is pneumatic, indicating that the true qi has entered the Du meridian, so you can practice according to the fourth step.
(4) Don't forget to help the governor. When the abdomen is full of qi, at the same time, I will guard the abdomen and the life gate. If my abdomen is insufficient, I will practice again according to the third step. When the true qi rises along the Du meridian, don't use your mind to guide it upward (don't help it), but use your mind to follow the sense of qi, pneumatic first, then meaning, and let the qi go (don't forget). With dynamic coordination, you can practice the five-bird guide ape pose three times first and then the deer pose seven times. Because the fourth step is the last step in the primary work of Qi-moving, and it is also the peak of Qi-moving reaction, at this time, it is even more necessary to remind practitioners not to have distractions, pursuits and fears because of the changeable Qi-moving, and to work hard in meditation and let Qi-moving slowly stabilize, so that Kung Fu can enter the middle and advanced level of Qi-moving. Generally speaking, a series of reactions, such as perineal jumping, tail pneumatic, kidney decoction, strong neck, jade pillow gas resistance, agility, tight pressure on yintang, itchy face, tongue numbness, etc., or hot or cold airflow rising to the top of the head and yintang along the Du meridian, appear in turn, indicating that the Du meridian has been dredged, and the fifth step can be adopted after the Du meridian is dredged. (There is another special article to introduce) As for the time of supervising the governor, it is related to the strength of the true qi in the abdomen. Don't rush for success, let nature take its course and deepen the degree of peace.
2. Dirty image and the guidance of Dan Guang and Li Lao
Some kung fu friends will see different colors of light on their foreheads when practicing, which is the weather of the five internal organs. Generally, you see white light first, and your eyes are dazzling when you practice, just like during the day. The ancients called it "empty room makes white". White lung, red heart, green liver, yellow spleen and black kidney will appear in different stages of practice. In this case, you should be psychologically defensive and don't chase.
But if there is a light group in front of you, after reading it, the light group will still run forward and disappear after chasing it. This phenomenon is said by Li Lao to be the light from the eyes after practicing martial arts, just like the light from a flashlight. People go forward, so does light. When the light in the eyes disappears, it can't be found. This shows that practice is very fruitful and there is "Dan Guang". We should keep our true spirit in our abdomen when accepting a job. Even if you open your eyes and see the light, close your eyes and see your abdomen. When it is stable, slowly open your eyes, which still represents internal vision.
3. Talk about Li Shaobo's three-step achievement method.
On Li Shaobo's Three-step Achievement Method and His Intention of Defending the Dantian.
Talking about Li Shaobo of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (originally published in Gansu Daily1April 5, 962)
(Note: The method introduced in this paper is much simpler than the current five-step method, but the main points have been pointed out, which can be described as meticulous without a redundant word. This is an article that I can never get tired of reading. Although it is not as specific as the next five steps, it is concise and profound, and the reasoning is easy to understand and memorable. Since it was published in the early 1960s, we can see the true colors of Li Lao's Kung Fu and his understanding of Qigong, which should inspire everyone! )
When practicing qigong, I especially emphasize the intention of protecting the abdomen. The so-called Tian Dan is the place where ancient alchemists formed inner alchemy. Because of different factions, the parts referred to are also inconsistent, but the statement that it is three inches below the navel is the most.
Why do you want to stay in your abdomen when you practice? The movement of the true qi of the human body passes through the five internal organs and reaches the limbs, which is completed along the distribution of meridians. The twelve meridians (three Yang in the hand, three Yin in the hand, three Yang in the foot and three Yin in the foot) and eight meridians (Chong, Ren, Du, Dai, Yin, Yang and Yin and Yang) are interrelated and come down in one continuous line. Meridian scripture says: "Those who are meridians, therefore, decide life and death, cure all diseases and adjust deficiency and excess, which is indispensable." As a result, the importance of meridians in the human body has increased.
Chong pulse is the sea of meridians; Ren meridian manages all yin meridians; Du meridian is in charge of all yang meridians; The pulse is wrapped around the body for a week, and the yin and yang meridians are always tied. Chong, Ren, Du and Dai all originated in Dantian, and the twelve meridians was introduced into meridians directly or indirectly through Dantian, and then into viscera. Therefore, Tian Dan is really the general hub of meridians, and it is also called Qi Hai, because it conforms to Qi Hai. The purpose of observing the abdomen is to regulate yin and yang, communicate the heart and kidney, enrich the true qi, dredge the eight veins, restore the innate physiological function and promote the body's regenerative ability.
A person with kung fu, when practicing, feels that his breath is concentrated in his abdomen, which is called true qi. Qi is very important in the human body, full of qi, energy and vitality; Deficiency of true qi, physical weakness and numerous diseases.
How does qi enter the abdomen? The qi of the upper jiao is called Zongqi, the qi of the middle jiao is called Zhongqi, and the qi of the lower jiao is called Yuan Qi, which are collectively called Yuan Zhen's qi, but they have different names because they gather in different parts. To send qi to the abdomen, it is necessary to use breathing exercises to induce consciousness. When inhaling, the ribs move outward and upward, and the vitality of the lower coke rises. When exhaling, the two ribs converge inward and downward, and the ancestral qi in the upper jiao and the middle qi in the middle jiao are forced to descend along the ren meridian. At this time, consciousness is induced, and qi slowly approaches the abdomen. If you practice like this for a long time, you will feel that the breath is concentrated in Dantian.
Why can qigong cure diseases? Based on my own martial arts experience, I will talk about the three steps and their role in treating diseases.
The first step: the trainer. Essence is the general term for oxygen and nutrients. Oxygen comes from breathing and nutrition comes from food, both of which nourish the whole body with blood. The heat and energy (true qi) they produce in the process of oxidation is the process of refining gas. The true qi is the strength of the human body. When the true qi exists, the human body is lively, and when the true qi disappears, people cannot survive. In order to make the true qi sufficient, we need to make better use of oxygen and nutrients When oxygen is sucked into the lungs and pressed on the heart socket, the heart socket produces a heat sensation and is then sent to the abdomen. At this time, the lower abdomen will feel hot, the air dome will bulge, and the soles of the feet and the waist will feel hot. These thermal sensations indicate that the thermal energy in the human body has increased. Therefore, all chronic digestive diseases caused by insufficient heat energy, such as dyspepsia, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, vomiting of sour water, decreased intestinal absorption, frequent diarrhea, constipation caused by insufficient secretion of intestinal mucosa, deficiency and cold in the lower abdomen, etc. With the progress of kung fu, symptoms can be gradually eliminated and physiological functions can be restored.
Step 2: Practice the true qi. On the basis of the first effort, the true qi stayed in the abdomen, making people feel warm and light. With the progress of kung fu, you will feel a force reaching the brain along the caudal side of the spinal cord. At this time, people are insensitive to all external stimuli. This process is called gathering qi to rush deficiency, which can make the Du meridian run through, the kidney qi enter the brain, and enhance the function of adrenal gland and pituitary gland. This is of positive significance for staying young and prolonging life. Therefore, all diseases caused by endocrine gland disorder, such as insomnia, hypomnesis, dyspepsia, tinnitus, dizziness, irritability, premature aging, sexual dysfunction, alopecia, dry skin, irregular menstruation, fatigue and weakness, can be treated.
The third step: the spiritual body is still empty. On the basis of the second step. At this time, endocrine and nerve promote each other, give full play to the body's regulatory ability, make the whole body relaxed and happy, as if the whole body is breathing, indicating that the triple energizer is unobstructed and the meridians are unobstructed. Therefore, all respiratory diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, hepatomegaly, tuberculosis, silicosis and so on. Due to the obstruction of triple energizer, circulatory disorder and poor metabolism, it has a good therapeutic effect. Especially tuberculosis, due to the change of breathing form, the frequency is reduced, so that the lungs can get proper rest and the effect is remarkable.
Of course, the three steps mentioned above are not absolutely separate, just for the convenience of explanation. These three steps are gradually produced in long-term meditation, interest adjustment and constant exercise. Therefore, you must be patient and confident when practicing, and don't rush for success. (End)
4. Fitness method-Li Shaobo
If you want to live long, you must have a healthy body. The ancients said, "Seek the strategy of staying in the world for a long time first, and then seek immortality." It seems that fitness is one thing, and longevity is another.
There are many ways to keep fit, such as mountaineering, swimming, running, gymnastics, martial arts, instruction and so on. However, it is necessary to choose appropriate methods according to personal physique and persevere in order to receive results. Improper choice will also be hurt, so you can also exercise and not live long. According to the survey, the average life expectancy of famous boxers in Wushu is no more than 50 years old. People who engage in strenuous exercise decline faster in their later years, because their exercise mode is to reach a certain technical level, not to live a long and healthy life.
There is a popular saying in recent years: "Life lies in sports". This sentence sounds very reasonable, and it is very one-sided after careful deliberation. Generally, the elderly and infirm can't exercise at all. Even people who have the ability to exercise blindly pursue sports, without a good grasp of quantity and degree, will also cause consumption and injury. Especially if you want to live a long life, it is difficult to emphasize only exercise.
Regardless of internal work and external work, internal work is used for fitness and longevity. Internal strength uses static and vivid natural laws to stimulate human life potential and delay aging, thus achieving the goal of health and longevity. External work is to guide the circulation of qi by the movement of limbs, so that the mind is concentrated, the movement gradually returns to rest, and the movement is combined with natural vitality. Practice has proved that static work is the basic method of longevity, and dynamic work can be used as an auxiliary method. People who specialize in dynamic exercises often pay more attention to appearance and ignore internal strength, so the effect is not obvious or even ineffective.
The word "quiet" has been around for a long time. Practice has reached an extremely subtle state, and I can't remember it clearly, but I feel that there is a far-reaching and trance-like force working inside and outside the body, just as Lao Tzu said: "Tao is a thing, only vague, vague and vivid; I was in a daze, and there was something inside; Stealing is subtle, including the essence; Its essence is true, and there is faith in it. This shows that this invisible and intangible force is true, it is true. To achieve this result, you must keep your body and mind in order and wait and see. Don't overwork your body. Stay energetic and you will live forever. This shows that the ancient method of prolonging human life is "rest".
In the spirit of keeping in good health, Laozi put forward the kung fu of "being empty, being quiet, going hand in hand, and observing the complex", and made a profound study on the method of breathing and exhaling. He believes that breathing plays a major role in human physiological activities; He said, "Is there a sacred sac of the Jews between heaven and earth?" "If it's continuous, it's not often used", which describes people's breathing as a box. When the internal breathing driven by external breathing is vigorous, external breathing is as if there is nothing, deep and thin, and the feeling is endless. At this time, I feel very comfortable and full of energy. It's endless.
Zhuangzi explained the way of longevity very clearly. He said, "The length of destiny means that you can preserve your health, keep your integrity and raise your relatives (new) for a long time." It is pointed out that the key is to communicate with the governor, so that the true qi can cause the governor to move regularly, so that the acquired will return to nature, and the combination of dynamic and static is advocated. "Exhale and blow, spit out the old and get new, and the bear stretches out the bird."
All the above factions take meditation to adjust their breath and communicate with Ren Du as the main means to achieve the goal of health and longevity.
The Neijing of traditional Chinese medicine records in detail the methods of health preservation and longevity. The ancient theory of innocence said: "Nothing is indifferent, and the true qi follows, and the spirit is hidden inside, and the disease is safe." As long as the brain is quiet, the true qi can be born out of it, the spirit can stay in the abdomen, and the spirit can't be surpassed. In this way, "healthy qi exists inside, and evil spirits can't be done", and the chance of natural illness is less. Health and longevity can make you not get sick.
What is true qi? Soul fulcrum The theory of pricking the true and evil points says: "Those who are really angry are influenced by the secret, and those who are covered in it are also full of grain qi", which means that breathing absorbs the sun and diet absorbs the earth yin, and the two combine to produce energy, which is the material basis and power source of human life activities. Full of qi, good health, insufficient qi, weak body, qi elimination, and a natural death. Therefore, to study human health and longevity, it is necessary to grasp the key of cultivating true qi.
A hundred years old is a physiologically deserved life span. According to the formula that the life span of animals is five times that of growth period, a person's growth period is twenty years, that is, one hundred years old. According to the calculation of cell division, the human body has its own life, and the cell divides about 50 times, and life no longer lasts. The cell division cycle is 2.4 years, so we can be 120 years old. If we can find a way to delay the division period or restore the ability of cell regeneration, isn't it a way to prolong life?
According to the theory of Neijing, as well as the literature records of past dynasties, the exercise method of true qi is five steps, which is based on decades of personal practice, physiological proof and clinical test, that is, 1, pay attention to the heart; 2. Interest follows the trend of dantian; 3. Adjust your breath and stay in Dantian; 4. Don't forget to help the Governor; 5, Shen Yuan Xu Li vitality.
The exercise method of true qi integrates the strengths of various factions, such as learning Tao and practicing Dan, and arranging reasonable breathing methods with strong fire, slow fire and ceasefire; According to the different interest methods of the six wonderful methods of Buddhism, it is put forward that interest adjustment is based on interest (true interest), which eliminates the disadvantages of interest-oriented. Confucianism insists on the center, that is, to wait for the spirit. If it can be maintained for a long time, it will achieve something. According to modern physiology, specific breathing methods are formulated for the movement of qi, so that the first step of qi absorption is to concentrate energy (energy absorption) and transform energy in the middle of the day, and to nourish qi (destiny) in the next day, so as to accumulate qi to rush off; It is necessary to "go to the abdomen" to replenish the brain, concentrate on (repair), and complete the process of "small Sunday" and "big Sunday" through five steps and three stages. It plays the role of refining qi, practicing qi, practicing spirit returning to emptiness, nothingness and vitality.
The application of true qi operation method to the improvement of human quality is also from doing something to doing nothing. Therefore, it is said that "the real law is inaction and promising, promising is inaction, inaction is cause and effect, and inaction is inaction."
5. The art of counseling and guidance methods of Qi operation method are narrated and sorted out.
Although Li Lao told it to the tutor, I think it is not without inspiration for beginners! )
During the second national training course of Qi Operation held in Hangzhou, nearly 500 students from all over the country took part in the study, and Zhejiang Qi Operation Research Association organized more than 20 counselors to serve in the training course. In order to improve the guidance level of counselors, Professor Li Shaobo, the founder of the "True Method" and the winner of the training course, and his co-teaching teachers, Associate Professor Ouyang Shunhua and Director Song Zhenlin, all gave guidance to counselors. Professor Li also gave a special speech on "The Art of the Guidance Method of Qi-moving Method". The contents of the speech are organized as follows:
As a consultant practicing Qi-flowing method, we should first improve our knowledge and skills. It is very calm to have the ability to achieve 50 kg. In this training class, I give lectures in three classes (popularization class, advanced class and veteran class), and two teachers, Ouyang and Song Zhenlin, take you to practice. I also gave individual guidance to the sick students below, and the students practiced very effectively.
As a counselor, there is bound to be a problem of tutoring art. Although I have mastered the skill of science and technology well, there is also a problem of guiding methods. This kind of guiding art and method is to reduce the complicated thoughts and psychological activities of students and patients as much as possible. When it comes to the point, that's enough. The more you say, the better. Talking too much will complicate students' thinking and increase their psychological burden. Although it is well-intentioned, it is easy to have side effects.
The second is where to practice and what to guide. Don't guide too early, so that students can pursue and have no patience. It's a good suggestion when to say what. When we give lectures, we also talk while practicing. Some talk about a whole set first, but those who learn kung fu don't practice, and their thoughts are complicated! Our method of success comes from Laozi, Zhuangzi and Neijing. Laozi's thought is "inaction", the quieter the better. Our guidance method is to make students' brains quiet and able to work, and it is easy to have side effects if they give more ideas. If you give an idea, it is easy to lead to problems. Our achievement method itself can be *, which is in line with the laws of human physiological activities, as long as we carry out the achievement method and master the essentials. "Intention moves with interest" rather than "Qi moves at will", and the so-called "not forgetting to help" is just like this. The more methods, the worse the effect.
Third, our martial arts can cure diseases, but don't dwell on diseases all the time. If there are too many consultants, you will not practice well. After practicing kung fu, let him talk about his illness himself. Sometimes it seems that you care about other people's diseases, but it's not good. This needs to be made clear. It is necessary for us to care for and enlighten patients, so that patients can build up confidence and reduce the pursuit of ideas. If we can master this, there will be no problem. Taking on counseling can make students and patients stop asking questions, which shows that your guidance is successful. The more people ask questions, the slower the progress, the more active the thoughts, and the harder it is to practice well. If we do this today, we will pound it tomorrow, induce it and guide it, and it will disrupt people's own air machine. In particular, there is such a habit in society that he refuses to practice hard and always hopes that others will deflate him. If he is so confused, sometimes he will get into trouble. We want to help people solve problems completely. Guidance and external atmosphere are only temporary and will not change in the future. In some places, there are many qigong clinics, which use foreign air and guidance indiscriminately, but in the end they can't. We have the original intention, insist on guiding self-exercise, and hope that patients will stay healthy forever. This is also a question of medical ethics. If we take this road, according to Neijing, it is called the method of promoting qi, not qigong. But we are not against other qigong. People call me a qigong master, but I don't think so. I'm not a qigong master, I'm a Chinese medicine practitioner, and I'm a teacher at the College of Chinese Medicine. I have the right to any title I want.
Fourth, practice should not be chaotic. Our real Buddhism emphasizes exhaling, while most qigong exercises emphasize inhaling, which will inevitably lead to confusion, so we can't practice other methods at the same time when practicing methods. This is not to exclude other methods, but to make a principled difference. In order to ensure the effect of acrobatics, there must be a physiological basis. In the early years, there was a classmate in his hometown. For the purpose of practicing breathing, he agreed that one would visit in his hometown and the other would look for it in other places. Who found a good way to communicate with each other? I finally found it. At that time, I was in the southwest for many years, and I found a book in a Buddhist temple, which talked about all aspects of "alchemy". There is also Laozi's "calling the roots of heaven", which is located in the lower abdomen and Mingmen. It sounds simple now, but it's not easy to get. Neijing also said: "Breathe three times and inhale once", which obviously means paying attention to exhalation and emphasizing exhalation. This concern for exhalation conveys the relationship between man and nature. Our things look simple, but they are real things from complex content. This is probably what the so-called "return to nature" means.
Finally, I want to emphasize that when our achievement method reaches an advanced stage, the achievement is the method. As long as we grasp the middle school every day, we can make our skills higher and higher. As the ancient saying goes, "It is better to keep the palace than the center." I hope the counselors and comrades can understand this.
6. The fifth step of the true qi operation method is "Shen Yuan's strength and vitality"
Most people think they have completed the five-step method of Qi-moving, but in fact they have completed the first four steps of the primary stage of Qi-moving, and few people have mastered the fifth step. That is, some people are quiet, and some advanced realms appear in silence, but disappear because of fear and incomprehension, making skills linger. Therefore, this paper briefly introduces the natural state in the fifth step of cultivation, and points out the path for those who practice the method of promoting qi deeply. The meaning of "Shen Yuan's energy and vitality" is that a state of spiritual consciousness with a high degree of tranquility and nothingness, namely Shen Yuan, can combine the material and strength of "essence and spirit" of life, thus giving birth to vigorous life functions. The fifth step of the real method is carried out in a state of high peace. In this way, when practicing the fourth step, scholars should have a correct understanding of the thoroughness and harmony, and thoroughness is only a sign of getting started. Qigong is only the product of the primary stage. With the deepening of quietness and the increase of skills, the sense of qi is stable, and then it turns into fetal interest and enters the realm of light. This requires that during the crossing period, don't dwell on the changeable sense of qi and revive other thoughts, let alone guide the pursuit of sense of qi when the sense of qi is stable, and concentrate on "quietness", and the following four levels of acrobatic realm will naturally appear.
One. Guide the method of the week according to the situation; The governor is in charge, you can press the first step again to save your heart and socket. When the qi in the heart socket naturally moves down to the abdomen during the practice, you can push the qi into the abdomen according to the second step, and then stick it to the abdomen according to the third step. When the true qi enters the Du meridian, you can practice according to the fourth step. When the true qi moves in the head, don't rush to guide it downward, wait for it, and the true qi will naturally pass through Tang Yin and flow down the nose. At this time, you can let nature take its course and refine the first step. In this way, the first four steps are guided by the situation with the natural operation of qi, and the work is completed at one time. Usually, it can run naturally for several weeks in a work. Reaction: With the exuberance of qi and the adjustment of meridians, the local reaction gradually tends to be stable, and the whole body feels warm, cold, big, small, light and heavy. The so-called warmth, refers to the practice into a state of silence, the whole body like bathing in spring water, warm and comfortable, happy mood; The so-called coolness refers to quiet practice, such as walking under the bright moon, being open-minded, refreshing and quiet. The so-called "big" means that when you practice, you feel extremely tall; The so-called "down" refers to the sense of atrophy during practice. Timing: In the process of practicing according to the situation on Sunday, with the deepening of quietness, sometimes breathing is unusually subtle and slow in practice, which is a sign of fetal interest. At this time, you can keep quiet and quiet. When the mind is slightly moved, the Yuan God will be transformed into knowing God, and the quiet state will be destroyed. Fetal interest is a natural reaction after the silence deepens after crossing. The time to produce fetal interest is different for everyone, and whoever is quiet will come quickly.
Two. The way to keep the silence of fetal interest into nothingness: When the phenomenon of fetal interest occurs naturally in practice, you can stop keeping your abdomen and keep silent naturally. Reaction: It takes a short time to have fetal interest at first, and the frequency is very small. With the deepening of silence, the frequency of fetal interest increases, and the time will naturally lengthen. With the increase of fetal interest time in each practice, there will be a phenomenon of feeling that your vanity does not exist during practice. At first, it was partially empty. After the skill is increased, the whole body feeling does not exist, and it has entered the realm of "forgetting things". Timing: After entering the void realm of "I forget everything", let nature take its course and stick to the void.
Three. The way to break the air is to show light: when there is an empty realm of "forgetting things and forgetting myself" in practice, let it go, stay in the empty realm, and can no longer ask for belly-in, or have the idea of pursuing, which will destroy the lofty realm. Coping: With the stability of the void realm, at this time, general chronic diseases can be cured and have the ability to release internal qi, but it is best not to use them. Calm down and point to Excellence. Timing: When the light flashes in Tang Yin during the practice, it means that the skill has entered the intermediate level. At first the light flashed, but it was unstable. With quietness and proficiency, Dan Guang is naturally stable and can practice in a bright environment.
Practicing Qi is praised by practitioners for its simple and easy-to-understand techniques and outstanding effects, and is welcomed by qigong lovers and patients. Learning the real method, as long as you follow the technical essentials in the book and practice carefully, is easy to succeed. Self-taught practitioners must read and learn the practical contents of the techniques in the book repeatedly when they start practicing, carefully ponder their own experiences, and don't delve into the contents of the techniques theory for the time being, so as not to bring too many thoughts to the practice. Bring distractions. First of all, as long as you are honest and act according to the law. In order to give correct guidance to more real Buddhist practitioners, with the consent of the old professor Li Shaobo, the relevant key requirements of the "five-step success study" are now announced as follows:
Section 1 One-step True Method Counseling
1. Pay attention to the heart socket when exhaling: the position of the heart socket, that is, the heart opening, that is, the middle depression under the sternum (heart-protecting bone), is actually the position of the stomach. This is a part, not a certain point.
2. Note: Thinking means keeping.
3. Exhale: The real way is to use the natural breathing method of smelling. Natural breathing means not artificially controlling the breathing rhythm and letting nature take its course. The key is to think of the heart when exhaling and forget when inhaling, that is, pay attention to the heart when exhaling or inhaling.
4. At the beginning of practicing Qigong and Fazhen, there are often many distractions, so it is not easy to keep the heart when exhaling, and it is not easy to pay attention to the heart when exhaling. You can help by counting interest, that is, count from one to ten every time you exhale, and then count from the beginning. This makes it easier to go to the heart, and it is also a way to induce silence.
5. Pay attention to exhaling, but some people feel that breathing is unnatural and even breathless. This is because he not only pays attention to exhalation, but also consciously prolongs exhalation instead of naturally inhaling. Prolonging exhaling or inhaling consciously will cause a feeling of breathlessness, and we should also remind you to avoid it. If you really understand natural breathing, you will never feel breathless.
6. The sign of the first step is that there is a warm feeling in the heart, or a feeling of fullness and oppression, so you can move to the second step. Some people with stomach problems or constitution deficiency and cold are not easy to get a sense of warmth, so they can practice one-step exercise for a while first, but as long as they have a feeling of fullness or oppression, they can also switch to two-step exercise.
The real method of two-step consultation in the second quarter
The second step is to follow the trend of Tian Chan and master the following points:
1. Meaning: Meaning is an idea. Breathing refers to both breathing (or exhaling) and true breathing (that is, the warmth of qi), and they are interdependent.
2. Tending to the abdomen: the warm feeling in the heart of the mind goes down to the abdomen step by step when exhaling, because the law of qi moving in the body is that qi moves downward and outward when exhaling and upward and inward when inhaling. The purpose of this step is to release the qi gathered in the heart socket to the abdomen along the midline of any pulse, thus opening any pulse.
3. The most common reaction in this step is bowel sounds/TD >
