1. Unite, serve, guide and educate non-public economic people to be patriotic, dedicated, honest, law-abiding and dedicated, and cultivate a team of non-public economic people who support the leadership of the Party and take the road of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.
2. Do a good job in recommending political arrangements for representatives of the non-public economy. Participate in political consultation, play the role of democratic supervision, and actively participate in the discussion of state affairs.
3. Participate in government-related economic activities, make extensive contacts with local business people, carry out non-governmental diplomacy, promote economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, and promote economic and social development.
4. Participate in coordinating labor relations and promote the construction of a harmonious society.
5. Guide the work of the Chamber of Commerce directly under the Association, actively participate in the construction of social organizations, and promote the reform and development of the Chamber of Commerce of industry associations.
6. Reflect the interests of non-public enterprises and non-public economic persons and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
7. Provide policy information, personnel exchange training and other services for members. Organize member enterprises to participate in various economic and trade activities, go out to visit and inspect, and help member enterprises expand their markets.
8. Cooperate with relevant departments to carry out party building work in non-public member enterprises.
9. Actively guide non-public enterprises and their non-public economic people to assume social responsibilities, vigorously support the development of charity and public welfare undertakings, and actively participate in glorious undertakings.
10. To undertake other tasks assigned by the county party committee, the county government and the superior federation of industry and commerce.

Participate in mediation and arbitration of economic disputes.
