Northeast China, Heilongjiang University, Jilin University and Dalian International Studies University have all been open for several years, and they are all undergraduates.
In North China, Tianjin Foreign Studies University and China People's Liberation Army Luoyang Foreign Studies University are all undergraduates;
Shanghai International Studies University, Nanjing University (one of the authoritative Spanish schools), Shandong Young Cadre Management College and Shanghai Zhongqiao College in East China, the latter two are junior college students, and the rest are undergraduate students. I haven't heard that Fudan and China Normal University have Spanish;
Northwest, Xi 'an International Studies University, undergraduate;
Southwest, Sichuan International Studies University (in Chongqing), undergraduate, just opened for a few years;
South China: Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Xiangtan University, bachelor degree.
This is what I have learned so far. There are schools that offer Spanish majors, not counting those that offer Spanish as a second foreign language, such as Shenzhen University, Xiamen University and Hunan Agricultural College.
