Yan 'an Cadre College: Yan 'an Cadre College is a public institution directly under the central government, which is mainly responsible for training party and government cadres, enterprise executives, middle and senior technicians and military cadres. The college is directly managed by the Central Organization Department, assisted by the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, and implements the leadership system of the hospital affairs committee.

Jinggangshan Cadre College: The Jinggangshan Cadre College is similar in nature to Yan 'an Cadre College, with the Minister of the Central Organization Department concurrently holding the post, the first vice-president concurrently holding the post of deputy secretary of the local provincial party committee, and the executive vice-president presiding over the daily work and setting up the official department level.
