2 Maximize cash flow

From the above measurement methods of enterprise value, we can see that cash flow, especially net cash flow, has an important impact on enterprise value.

Ring, that is, the greater the net cash flow, the greater the enterprise value. In order to increase the CFt factor in the formula and increase the enterprise value Vo, it can be achieved by improving the enterprise income level, rational investment and optimizing the profit distribution policy.

The main way to increase the production and operating income of enterprises is to increase sales volume and improve operating profit rate. This is also the basic function of the enterprise.
