The knowledge of industrial robots covers a wide range. Taking Xiling robot training course as an example, it mainly includes the following aspects:

First, electrical equipment learning

This part is the first knowledge we arranged to learn, mainly to learn PLC programming. Automation is the soul of industrial robots, but if you want to learn industrial robots well, you can't do without PLC programming. This part of the course is 160 class hours. By learning the models of PLC commonly used by mainstream brands (such as Siemens and Mitsubishi), we can master how to download the programs of PLC and HMI and eliminate common equipment failures. When you master the basic operation mode, the next step is to test your logical ability. As long as the logic is clear, these are not things.

Second, the industrial robot application

Industrial robot applications are mainly divided into primary, intermediate and advanced. The primary application of industrial robot mainly requires students to understand the common alarm types and corresponding fault handling methods of robot system, understand the different coordinate systems of robot, master the manual teaching method and the use of robot motion instructions in each coordinate system, and compare the basics. The intermediate level of industrial robot application is to learn how to set various operating parameters of the robot, use logic control statements such as CALL, IF…ELSE… to learn the functions of the robot simulation assembly line, carry out advanced palletizing programming, set up and apply robot collision detection. This part mainly examines whether students have the ability to independently write robot operation programs and whether they have the comprehensive analysis ability of tasks. The advanced application of industrial robots mainly controls the operation, stop and program selection of robots through industrial PLC, and carries out some complicated program operations.

Third, mechanical design teaching

The basis of mechanical design is electrical drawing, so this part of the course includes two-dimensional engineering drawing, three-dimensional modeling foundation, such as CAXACAD electronic drawing board environment setting and drawing, SW basic modeling command learning, and familiarity with assembly and welding design principles and precautions, learning to select materials for assembly and welding according to actual working conditions and processing conditions, mastering assembly and welding heat treatment, post-welding processing principles and surface treatment, and skillfully using assembly and welding modeling commands. Many people's electrical drawing is boring, but if you want to have a higher development in the industrial robot industry, you must learn this. In the future, you should at least be able to design an automated production line. If you say that I don't want to go to such a high level, then you must at least understand the design drawings given by others before the robot can operate production, so this part can't be left behind.

Fourth, production equipment teaching

This is the last part of the training course, mainly studying the use and maintenance of joint arm, the operation and maintenance of automatic glaze spraying unit and the design of practical application projects. The adjustment of process parameters in each equipment mainly involves the parameters of welding machine, spray gun and polishing workstation, and is proficient in the advanced operation of automatic glaze spraying unit. Many of them are exercises in the actual work site. If your ability is ok, you can also design a simple automatic production line yourself after learning the project design, and then use the two-speed chain assembly line of the training center for practical operation test.
