The school was established in 1965 with the approval of the provincial government. Co-located with 1994 Henan Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Staff University approved by Henan Provincial Government, and affiliated to Henan Provincial Department of Commerce. Since the school was founded in 4 1 year, five business professional qualification certificate examination and appraisal centers and four famous universities' distance correspondence centers (stations) such as university of international business and economics have been established successively, forming a multi-level and multi-functional school-running pattern integrating general secondary schools, adult junior colleges, undergraduate education, job training and professional qualification certificate examination and appraisal, which has provided strong talent support for the development of Henan's business.
