On the first morning of the training, the teacher introduced us to the task of this training in the classroom. This is the tender for two industrial training complex buildings in the school. The whole class is divided into eight bidding groups. Each team has a tender document, which is both familiar and unfamiliar. After our team got the bidding documents, 10 people carefully studied the contents of the documents. Although it is only a simulation, every member of our group takes this document very seriously. Because I know that this serious treatment is to lay the foundation for future work, and at the same time, through this operation, I can find out that my own shortcomings are not enough to learn from its experience and lessons. In the afternoon, the teacher arranged for us, mainly to be familiar with the contents of the bidding documents. We 10 studied the contents of the bidding documents in an orderly way. Although we had no idea at first, we didn't give up. We will mark the questions we don't understand so that we can ask the teacher or go to the library to find information the next day. The next day, we went to the computer room for training in submitting samples of bidding documents. Under the guidance of Mr. Wang, we filled in the bidding documents one by one according to the bidding documents. Fill in the bidding documents carefully. If there is any mistake, it is likely to be invalid. By then, all previous efforts will be in vain. Therefore, we are all very careful. After filling it out, let's check for possible omissions or typos. Other students are also very serious, and some are still chasing the teacher to ask questions. The whole computer room is full of learning atmosphere. Our group also sent "detectives" to follow the teacher and listen to whatever the teacher said. Then come back and tell us. I think this atmosphere and division of labor make us feel that learning is also a pleasure. We first came into contact with the contents of the tender documents. Although it was a bit cumbersome, our division of labor was reasonable and it was completed soon. The rest is an important part of the tender documents-quotation. This time, I won the bid at a reasonable low price. So this is also the most critical and wonderful part of the bidding meeting. Quotation should be based on the project budget, cost, profit and other content to calculate a reasonable price. In the afternoon, we will continue to study the quotation. At this time, other team members will ask us how much to quote. Obviously, I was deliberately spying on you and fooling you. But we didn't fall into their trap. Instead, we lied to them on purpose. Of course, we won't discuss quotations in front of so many students. We found a place to discuss after school. Considering the possibility of letting the owner win the bid, we try our best to quote the lowest price. It depends on how much profit you can make.
