Correcting the relationship between safety training and employees' actual operation Since training is a skill transfer, the teaching staff is extremely important. At present, teachers have serious problems, and it is difficult to guide employees' practical work according to the current situation of their training institutions. Professional training departments, in particular, only pay attention to preaching in books and have no practical work experience. People are not born with knowledge. Only through continuous learning can we master skilled skills and work better. Learning to change fate, as a coal mine, is a high-risk industry, dealing with safety all the time. Therefore, safety training is a basic and strategic systematic project. What is the basis? As far as the technical content of coal mines is concerned, it is not difficult to learn except for some special types of work. As far as training is concerned, it is a process to teach new employees or existing employees the relevant knowledge, skills, values and codes of conduct necessary to complete their work. It is a planned and step-by-step training and exercise arranged by enterprises for employees. As a post, it is a stage to show your skills, as the saying goes; Interlaced like a mountain, sometimes the scene is very casual, how to improve the skills of employees? Training is the solution to this problem. Staff training is an inherent part of human resource management and an investment in people. Training is not only a one-time job for new employees, but also a routine system. Not only new employees need constant training, but also managers and leaders need constant charging. What is safety? Safety is not threatened, and there is no danger, injury or loss. What is intrinsically safe? Intrinsic safety is to pursue the safety, reliability, harmony and unity of people, things, systems and other factors in the production process of enterprises, so that all kinds of harmful factors are always under control, and then gradually approach the essential and permanent safety goal. Intrinsic safety is the realization form of cherishing life, and it is devoted to systematic inquiry and essential improvement. Emphasis is placed on taking the system as a platform, grasping the essential factors that affect the realization of safety goals through complex phenomena, and finding the "first shot" that can lead to the whole body, focusing on outlining. Zero quality defects and zero safety accidents can be achieved through no slack in thinking, no gaps in management, no hidden dangers in equipment and no blockage in system. Compared with the essential security of things and systems, the essential security of human beings has a prerequisite, guiding and basic position. Human's essential safety includes two basic meanings. First, people have security needs in essence. Second, through educational guidance and institutional constraints, people can achieve safe production in systems and personal positions without accidents. Human's essential safety is a goal that can be approached continuously, and it is also a process composed of specific small goals. Human's essential safety is not only the goal in the process, but also the process of many goals. Intrinsically safe employees can be popularly explained as: want to be safe, safe, safe. That is, production managers and operators with independent safety concepts, sufficient safety skills and safety results under the guarantee of a reliable safety environment system. Intrinsically safe enterprises refer to enterprises that can rely on internal systems and organizations to ensure long-term safety in production under environmental conditions with potential safety hazards. Based on the theoretical study of accident causes, this model establishes a scientific, systematic, active, advanced and comprehensive accident prevention safety engineering system. The theme is people. And people are the reflection of external things in the human brain through sensory organs. A leopard cannot change his spots; A leopard is a substance, and nature is a spirit. It's a matter of matter and spirit. Difficulties are relative, depending on your strength, energy and behavior. Man is a higher animal, and what distinguishes him from other animals is consciousness. As far as consciousness is concerned, consciousness can be divided into eight categories. They are eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind. Security needs include personal safety, life stability and freedom from pain, threat or disease. Like physiological needs, the only thing people care about before the safety needs are met is this demand. 3. Emotional needs: Emotional needs are people's third-level needs, which refer to meeting all their needs in communication with others, such as love, affection and sense of belonging. Partners, colleagues and husband and wife have a harmonious relationship or maintain friendship and loyalty. Everyone wants to be loved, loves others, and is eager to accept others' love. Emotional needs are more detailed than physical needs. When the physiological needs and safety needs are met, the emotional needs will be highlighted, which will have an incentive effect. 4. Respect for needs: Respect for needs is the fourth level of human needs, which refers to the need to satisfy others' recognition of themselves and their own recognition of themselves. Everyone wants to have a stable social status, and requires that individual abilities and achievements be recognized by society. Self-esteem means that a person wants to be strong, capable, confident and independent in all situations. Respect for others means that one hopes to get the status, prestige, respect, trust and high praise of others. Satisfying the demand for respect can make people full of confidence in themselves and enthusiasm for society, and realize the usefulness and value of being alive. 5. Self-realization needs: Self-realization needs are the highest level of human needs. It refers to people who realize their personal ideals and ambitions, maximize their abilities and potentials, reach the realm of self-realization, accept themselves and others, accept their own and nature's shortcomings and deficiencies, and will not be troubled by these shortcomings. Being able to accept these shortcomings according to the natural laws of things does not exclude all aspects of human nature. It is aimed at the demand for truth, goodness and beauty in order to reach the highest realm of life. The ability to solve problems is enhanced, the consciousness is improved, I am good at doing things independently, I need to be alone without being disturbed, and I need to complete everything commensurate with my ability. The need for self-realization is to strive to realize one's potential and make oneself more and more the person one expects. People always pursue high-level needs after low-level needs are met. The world is made of matter, and being a man is conscious. The relationship between matter and consciousness is the foundation of Marxist philosophy, and all the principles of Marxist philosophy are based on it! Practice is the summary of human labor and production activities, and it is material, but it does not mean material. Cognition is the response of human brain to objective facts, which belongs to the category of consciousness. Therefore, the relationship between practice and understanding is material rather than material itself, which is not equal to the relationship between material and consciousness!
