The security guard is only responsible for the security inspection in the factory and some on-site order maintenance, and other employees do their own jobs, so it won't be difficult. This is my heart that is not extremely touched. During these three months, I have always maintained my enthusiasm for work, and my mentality is mainly peaceful. I deeply know that as a company security guard, you must not bring personal emotions to work. Keep a good attitude and try to avoid conflicts with employees in other departments. Although I haven't been a security guard for a long time, my professional quality and level need to be improved, so I think I can overcome the difficulties as long as I work hard and study hard. We should establish a good image, because we not only represent ourselves, but also represent the image of the company. During the work, you should actively consult and learn from the old employees, and be able to do your own work seriously. This is the needs of the company, but also the needs of their own work. During this period of work, I feel that I still have many shortcomings, and my professional level and skills need to be improved. This requires us to have good personal qualities, enthusiasm and patience, and not to bring our own small emotions into our work, which will bring a lot of unnecessary troubles to your work.
