(a) primary technical training, theoretical teachers should have technical secondary school education or above, primary professional titles or above; Technical teachers should not only have the qualifications of theoretical teachers, but also have relevant work experience; Teachers of operational skills courses should have a high school education or above, and obtain technical certificates at or above the intermediate level in relevant positions.
