It depends. There is a new policy to implement the civil service contract system for those who used to be civil servants. The work is stable, but not challenging, just repeating those steps. This work is not difficult. There is a staff handbook, which lists in detail:
(a) to handle the daily work in the process of pre-trial preparation; ?
(two) to check the appearance of the participants in the proceedings and announce the court discipline; ?
(three) as a record in the trial process; ?
(four) sorting, binding and filing materials; ?
(five) to complete other daily work assigned by the judge. ?
Anyway, there is a lot of work and it is very complicated. In reality, there is little difference between the work of clerks and judges, and most of the work is done by clerks. The clerk feels very versatile.
