Eight special operations refer to: hoisting operation, hot work, ground breaking operation, circuit breaking operation, aerial work, equipment maintenance operation, blind plate plugging operation and confined space operation. Among them, aerial work is a kind of special work with high risk.
Article 27 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Work Safety stipulates that the special operators of production and business units must receive special safety operation training in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and obtain corresponding qualifications before taking up their posts. The scope of special operations personnel shall be determined by the safety production supervision and management department of the State Council in conjunction with relevant departments of the State Council.
Classification of hot work:
Class I hot work: hot work in flammable and explosive places except special hot work. The hot work on the pipe gallery in the factory area is managed according to the first-class hot work.
Secondary hot work: hot work in the fire-forbidden area except special hot work and primary hot work. When all production devices or systems are shut down, after the devices are cleaned, replaced, sampled and analyzed and safety isolation measures are taken, hot work management can be carried out according to the degree of fire and explosion danger, and approved by the factory safety (fire prevention) department.
Special hot work: hot work carried out in special dangerous places such as inflammable and explosive production devices, pipelines, storage tanks and containers under production conditions. Hot work without substitution under pressure is managed according to special hot work.
