Examination system
The examination system of unified outline, unified proposition and unified organization shall be implemented for the qualification of the first-class construction engineer, which shall be organized and implemented by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction. The exam is held once a year in principle. The qualification of the second-level construction engineer shall be subject to the national unified outline, and the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall propose and organize the examination.
Examination content
The first-level constructor examination includes 10 majors: construction engineering, highway engineering, railway engineering, civil aviation airport engineering, port and waterway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, mining engineering, municipal public works, communication and radio and television engineering, and electromechanical engineering. The content of the second-level constructor examination is divided into two parts: comprehensive knowledge and ability and professional knowledge and ability, and six majors are set up: construction engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, mining engineering, municipal public engineering and electromechanical engineering.
examining body
The Ministry of Construction is responsible for compiling the outline of the first-class construction engineer qualification examination and organizing the proposition work, and uniformly planning the construction engineer qualification training and other related work. The personnel department is responsible for examining and approving the qualification examination outline of the second-level constructor. Training shall be conducted in accordance with the principle of separation of training and examination and voluntary participation.
