2. If it is the noise generated by indoor decoration activities, the loudspeakers in the square, hawking and other noises are mainly managed by public security organs. If it is related to air conditioning, catering and other social life and noise, it is mainly managed by urban management. If the noise generated by industrial enterprises is involved, it is mainly managed by the Environmental Protection Bureau. If the noise is caused by traffic such as roads, it is mainly managed by the traffic commission.
3. The noise managed by the Municipal Public Security Bureau includes:
(1) Use loudspeakers or other business activities that make high noise.
(two) the noise generated by the use of audio equipment when organizing entertainment, assembly and other activities in public places such as urban streets, squares and parks.
(3) Noise generated by household appliances, musical instruments or other indoor entertainment activities.

4. The noise managed by the Municipal Urban Management Bureau includes:
(1) Noise pollution caused by the operation and use of air conditioners and cooling towers in cultural and entertainment industries, catering services and commercial enterprises.
(2) Construction noise pollution and cooking fume pollution.
5. All units and individuals have the obligation to protect the acoustic environment, and have the right to report and accuse the units and individuals that cause noise pollution. Units and individuals subject to noise hazards have the right to ask the other party to eliminate the hazards; If there is a loss, it is necessary to compensate for the loss according to law.
Legal basis: Article 30 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution prohibits construction operations that produce environmental noise pollution at night in areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated in urban areas, except for emergency repairs, emergency rescue operations and continuous operations due to production process requirements or special needs.
If continuous operation is necessary due to special needs, there must be a certificate from the people's government at or above the county level or its relevant competent department.
Night operations as mentioned in the preceding paragraph must be announced to nearby residents.
