(1) Registration
Obtain the application form from the Logistics Human Resources Training Center (CLTC) of Beijing China Transportation Association or its designated institution.
(2) Submit information
Submit the completed application form and related materials to CCCC Logistics Human Resources Training Center or its designated institution for verification.
(3) Payment of expenses
Pay the certification examination fee to Beijing China Communications Association Logistics Human Resources Training Center or its designated institution.
(four) to take the exam and submit case reports or papers within a time limit.
All examinations are organized and arranged by Beijing CCCC Logistics Human Resources Training Center.
(5) pass the exam.
Within three months after the end of the exam, inform the candidates whether they have passed or not; Make-up exams for subjects that fail the exam must be passed within two years. Otherwise, all subjects need to be retaken.
(6) authentication
Those who pass the exam can obtain the corresponding certificate jointly issued by ILT and CILT within three months after the end of the exam.
(seven) the validity period of the certificate
The ILT/CILT certificate is valid for five years. After the expiration of the validity period, you can submit the relevant logistics work or training certificate (namely the relevant sustainable development unit CPD) to the ILT/CILT certification headquarters in China, and then you can apply for continued validity.
ILT replacement

ILT training institutions and students:
ILT certificates are valid for five years. So far, some students' certificates have expired one after another. In order to maintain the continuous validity of the ILT certificate, we hereby notify you of the renewal of the ILT certificate as follows:
First, the application channel for replacement
1. The agency is still responsible for collecting, summarizing and updating the information of certified students and applying to CLTC;

1. Senior high school, technical secondary school, technical secondary school or equivalent, with more than two years working experience in logistics.
2. College logistics and related majors are above Grade 2.
3.CPLM primary certificate holder
Level 2: Logistics Department Manager
(Suitable for department managers of logistics and transportation enterprises)

1. College degree or equivalent or college degree or above, logistics related work for more than one year.

Level 3: Logistics Operation Manager

Hand in the papers within 2 months after the exam.
1. Master degree, logistics related work for more than one year.

4. Technical secondary school or equivalent, engaged in logistics related work for more than eight years.
5. Those who have obtained the second-class certificate
6. Master of Logistics Engineering
Level 4: Logistics Strategy Manager
(Suitable for department managers of logistics and transportation enterprises)
Chinese class:

1. Ph.D. or equivalent, one year logistics related working experience.
2. Master's degree or equivalent, with at least three years working experience in logistics.
3. Bachelor degree or above, engaged in senior logistics management for more than five years.
4. Those who have obtained the third-class certificate.
Students can apply for renewal certificate directly from CLTC.
Two. Information to be submitted when applying for certificate renewal
1. The applicant fills in the Application Form for Replacement of ILT Certificate (see Annex1);
2. The applicant must submit the application materials (see Annex 2);
Three, the certificate renewal application fee standard
The replacement fee for ILT certificates at all levels is 300 yuan/person.
Fourth, the certificate update process
1. The replacement time is twice a year, the deadline for students to apply is June 30th and1February 30th, and the time for local institutions to submit materials is July 10 and June 10.
2.CLTC will review and confirm the application materials within one month after receiving them.
3. Issue the replacement card within two months after the information is confirmed.
4. The certificate holder has not applied for renewal of the certificate within one year after the certificate expires (from the date indicated on the certificate). After one year, ILT will no longer accept applications for certificate renewal.
