Knowledge expansion:

1. zhuhai city polytechnic is a vocational education institution with the largest scale, the widest specialty, the most complete functions and the strongest radiation in Zhuhai market, which integrates vocational education, pre-service education and non-academic education. It is formed by the merger of Zhuhai Education College, Zhuhai Radio and TV University, Zhuhai Industrial Technology School and Zhuhai Finance and Trade School.

It is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by Zhuhai Municipal People's Government. In April 2004, it was approved by the provincial people's government and reported to the Ministry of Education for the record. The current president is Liu Huaqiang, deputy secretary-general and associate researcher of the former municipal government. Professor Liu Renhuai, academician of China Academy of Engineering and former president of Jinan University, served as honorary president of the college.
