As the smallest cell of our electric power enterprise, the team is the executor of every specific work, the foothold and the foundation of safe production. To do a good job of safety production in a unit, we must start from the basis of safety production. (1) In order to improve the safety activities of the team and strengthen the safety education and safety technical training of the team, special attention should be paid to selecting the team leader with high quality and strong sense of responsibility, because the team leader is the key to the overall work of the team. The team leader should use his brains in combination with the professional characteristics of his team and strive to make the safety activities of the team realistic, concrete and targeted. They should analyze and discuss the division of labor and existing problems, study and put forward solutions, instead of boasting, empty talk and boasting. Management should be refined level by level, rather than a caliber, a model, and the top and bottom are generally rough. By strengthening team building, on-site management should be grasped, and the details should be grasped strictly. (2) Hazard analysis is one of the important contents of safety team activities. Take a work task or an operation task as a special topic, launch the whole class to discuss and analyze in the safety team activities, find out the dangerous points of the work and put forward preventive measures, fill in the dangerous point analysis and prevention control card, and implement it in practical work. The process of analyzing and discussing dangerous points is a process of learning rules, understanding dangerous points and improving safety awareness, and it is also a process of changing static after-the-fact management into dynamic advanced management. (3) Let each team member know their own safety responsibility and control responsibility from the beginning of signing the safety responsibility book, and conduct irregular analysis and discussion in safety activities, summarize the implementation of the previous stage of work, point out the matters needing attention in the next stage of work, and ensure the implementation of safety responsibility in specific work. There are three ways for the team to control anomalies and attempts: ② to find anomalies and attempts in time. After the team members have a correct understanding of the abnormal situation and attempts, they can find the abnormal situation of the equipment in time through the patrol inspection of operation, pre-test of maintenance, technical supervision and online monitoring; Through the mutual supervision of team members and the effective inspection of safety supervisors at the work site, attempts can be found and eliminated in time. ③ Abnormal safety control must be realized. No one should be careless after finding any abnormality, and measures should be taken immediately or reported to relevant leaders and departments for taking measures. Perfect and thorough safety measures must be taken during timely control to nip the abnormality in the bud and prevent it from developing into an accident. (4) Safety team activities should be colorful, lively and pragmatic. Learning documents about safety in production is only a form of safety activities. Team leaders should use their brains to organize special discussions, lectures on safety knowledge, exchange of safety experience, on-site safety training and other safety activities to mobilize everyone's initiative in carrying out safety activities. Let the people around the players talk about the experience of safe production, and its education will be more direct and the effect will be better. (5) Leaders and managers at all levels should regularly participate in the safety activities of the team. On the one hand, it can supervise the normal activities in the security team, on the other hand, it can help and guide the activities in the security team.
