The major of navigation technology in undergraduate colleges is to train ship pilots or navigation helmsmen. The universities are Dalian Maritime, Wuhan Institute of Technology, Shanghai Maritime, Ningbo University, Jimei University, Yantai University, Guangdong Ocean, Dalian Ocean, Zhejiang Ocean College, Tianjin Institute of Technology, Chongqing Jiaotong University, Shandong Jiaotong University, Hebei Agricultural University, China Ocean and Qinzhou College. There are also navigation technology majors in junior colleges (higher vocational colleges), which I am not familiar with. Qingdao Ocean Shipping Crew College has a similar major. There are similar majors in marine engineering technology, such as Bohai Ship Vocational College and Wuhan Ship Vocational and Technical College. I don't have any information in technical school.
